April-November (Non-Peak Season):     $350/night   $1800/week 
December-March (Peak Season):  Weekends $475/night,  Weekdays $375/night,  Weekly $2,200
Holidays /College Event Weekends:  Subject to rate change (call for rate - typically 35-45% over normal rate)
Two night minimum for all bookings.
Primary Renter (accountable party) must be over 25 years of age (and must be verified).

Rent Deposits:  50% with reservation, plus $200 security deposit (refunded 15 days after check-out)
Final Payment:  Remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in day.
Cancellation Policy: 100% for 45+ days, 65% for 30-45 days, 35% for 15-30 days, no refund for less than 
15 days notice.
